This company is just wrong on every level. I was a hardworking and dedicated individual to my role and was happy in it until i was falsely accused of a misconduct by an individual who was well known to be a gossip and trouble causer in the company. But in the mean time roy did get the 243.00 taken off the master card but fail to forward it to the person that needed it in order to pay the car shop. The environment within the team is fantastic, fun and supportive. Everyone is very helpful and supportive. Ideas and questions are always listened to and feedback is constructive and beneficial to be able to try new strategies and and reach kpi�s.

This company is just wrong on every level. At some point, the club was mentioned. Both owners go out of their way to help their employees. I was not going to risk having low wage (overall with costs against wages), wear and tear on my car and to pay 200.00 up front to work one shift a week. The thought of no insurance whatsoever to protect me was frightning. Ideas and questions are always listened to and feedback is constructive and beneficial to be able to try new strategies and and reach kpi�s.

I feel autoprotect went out of there way to make claiming on my warranty as hard as possible. I was not going to risk having low wage (overall with costs against wages), wear and tear on my car and to pay 200.00 up front to work one shift a week. i have worked at protect my car for over 3 years and have recently had some medical issues (in 8 reviews) that any employee should suggest that having standards is a con against pmc or any company is both laughable and sad (for them) (in 5 reviews) cons. It’s an ideal solution for companies whose employees are in direct contact with customers, visitors, or colleagues. Everyone is very helpful and supportive.

Customer reviews logged with the bbb mostly praise the speed and ease of claims servicing. There staff are unprofessional and untrained, and are instructed to stop as many people claiming as possible and to make claiming as hard as possible. Not only my own team members, people all here are awesome and they made the working environment as a fun as possible. Just started working here and had a wonderful experience so far, this company is all about working hard while having fun making money. Only an automated text message and no response from carsmart. No support from team leader/staff and expected to work over time without proper pay. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would prefer to only work with him in the future.
